Extraordinary service

I was so impressed with this company. Aside from the fact that the bamboo trophy’s were way better quality than I expected the service was above and beyond. I placed an order from the States (I was on a business trip) so it was after business hours Monday evening with standard delivery (to be delivered by Friday). 12 trophies all with different engravings. I got an email half way through Tuesday saying they were shipped and I had them delivered to home late Wed PM. I was so impressed. As I said the trophies were also much chunkier and substantial than expected. First Class
