Customer Service Advisor

Trophystore.co.uk Ltd, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join its busy, expanding business in Tamworth.
If you’re a self-motivated person with great people skills, a positive attitude and you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, then this could be just the job for you.
You’ll be joining our office-based team to provide full support for our customers across two businesses within our ecommerce group.
In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding professionally to phone calls, emails, live chat and social media activity
- Handling general customer enquiries and giving product advice
- Accurately processing customer orders and taking payments
- Liaising with third party suppliers and couriers
- Tracking deliveries and orders
- Arranging quotations and discounts
- Returned orders and out-of-stock products
Skills and experience required:
- Proven previous history of office-based customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding telephone manner
- Ability to work under own initiative whilst still being part of a multi-tasking team
- Well organised and able to manage time efficiently
- Ability to focus and maintain accurate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient user of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- 5 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English & Maths
- Knowledge and experience of ecommerce would be beneficial

Working hours are 40 hours per week: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with a 1 hour break.
