Processing Timescales

We currently aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days (with the exception of orders placed using our Next Working Day Delivery service - please see below). If your order requires custom artwork, this timescale begins after acceptance of the final approval.

Please Note: Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Next Working Day Delivery

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on thousands of products. If all items in your shopping basket are eligible we will offer a Next Working Day Delivery option via DPD. Orders placed on a working day before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm, or on weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Please Note: Availability and costs of our Next Working Day Delivery Service are dependent upon order volumes and may be subject to change. 

Fast Track: if your basket isn't eligible for Next Working Day Delivery and you need your order urgently, we may still be able to fast track your order for an additional fee. Please see our Fast Track section below for more information.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail® is an economy delivery service, while aiming to deliver the next working day after the date of dispatch this is not a guaranteed service, and deliveries can take a little longer, in some cases up to 10 working days. This is not a trackable service, so you will be unable to monitor the progress of your delivery once it is dispatched. Royal Mail is only eligible on baskets up to the value of £25.00.

DPD Courier

Orders dispatched via DPD Courier will be delivered the next working day after dispatch, to the UK mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands can take up to 4 working days to be delivered after dispatch, for delivery times to your postcode, click here. DPD will provide you with a tracked and accurate delivery date, with a guaranteed 1 hour delivery window.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery via DPD Courier is available at an additional cost. To discuss and arrange a Saturday delivery, please call our Customer Support Team. This is subject to stock availability and order status.

EU Delivery – TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED

If you are not going to be at home when your delivery is due, selecting Click and Collect at the checkout allows you to specify a preferred DPD Pickup point for you to collect your parcel at your convenience.

Click and Collect FAQ's

How Does Click and Collect work?

If you wish to collect your parcel from one of the 2,500 DPD Pickup points please select Click and Collect at the checkout. You will then be prompted to enter your location or postcode and be provided the DPD Pickup points nearest to you.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email/text when the parcel is despatched. Simply click through the link to track your parcel.

When will my parcel arrive?

Your parcel will be delivered to your specified DPD Pickup shop the next day by 12 noon.

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

You will receive an email or text message with your Pickup pass and details of your chosen Pickup points address and opening times.

What do i need to take when I collect my parcel?

You will need to take your Pickup pass and photo ID (this is either a photo driving licence or passport).

The following types of ID are not accepted:

• Student ID
• UK citizens's ID
• Bus pass
• Work pass

What should I do if I lose my Pickup pass?

Your parcel number will be in the email/text that your received when the parcel was despatched. Visit www.dpd.co.uk and enter your parcel number and your home postcode. From here you can click to download your Pickup pass.

How long will my parcel be held for at my chosen DPD Pickup point?

Your parcel will stay in the store for up to 7 days, so you can collect at a time to suits you.

How much is Trophy Stores Click and Collect service?

Our Click and Collect service costs £6.99, this is for mainland UK only. Unfortunately, there are currently no DPD Pickup points in Ireland, the Channel Isles or the Isle of Man.
