Excellent service, the tankard is great

Good quality product, the first item had unfortunately a fault but the service was excellent and a replacement was send very promptly. Thank you very much this made an excellent present.

Exceeded expectation :)

Ordered about 10 of these tankards with engravings. Had the usual great help from the ladies and gents at the Trophy Store.
Received the order in quick time.
The tankards are lovely and the engravings are just as good - the picture does not reflect how nice they are in the flesh. Thank you Trophy Store you will be hearing from me again :)

From the start: The site is very very good, easy to navigate, The price for the product and the engraving very very good,The delivery? well you get a e,mail to track the delivery and a email to inform you within the Hour of delivery to your address, The packaging again very good. This is a present for my son who is 40 on Nov the 5th. Plus he enjoys a pint.
