4 out of 5 Lovely trophy shame about the plaque. The trophy is great and the delivery was exactly as asked. Customer service has been excellent. Only slight complaint was that the engraved plaque was unstuck when it arrived. It now doesn't stick on properly but not the end of the world. Thank you Reviewed 13 January 2015 by Claire, London
