Excellent product

The front plate with the inscription on it is not what I thought I informed you to be etched onto it.
it reads Bllie Smith Memorial whereas it should read Billy Smith Memorial.
there is a possibility I gave incorrect instructions (not sure) would it be possible to receive another plate with the amended text. I'd appreciate a phone call from one of your staff 07815189877
